1. Open PowerPoint 2010. Create a new blank slide presentation.
2. Click on Design on the ribbon
3. From the theme selector list, select a theme for your requirement
4. Click the theme selector drop-down menu and select Save Current Theme.
5. Save the theme on your desktop as CustomPowerPointTheme.
6. Close PowerPoint 2010 without saving the presentation.
7. Open the root site of the SharePoint site collection in your browser.
8. From the Site Actions menu, select Site Settings.
9. Under Galleries section, Click on Themes
10. Click on Documents, Click on Upload , select the CustomPowerPointTheme, click on ok.
11. Enter the description and click on ok.
12. Go to your site, From Site actions menu, Select site settings.
13. From look and feel, Click on Site Theme.
14. Find your CustomPowerPointTheme theme and select it. Click the apply button
Now go to home site you will see the applied theme
